should be citizens or residents of Rwanda. Kinyarwanda fluency required;
working knowledge of English and French a plus. Minimum BA/BS degree in
relevant technical area with 5+ years’ experience; commercial/private-sector
experience preferred for starred positions. Knowledge of USAID or other donor
regulations required for senior grants and financial management positions.
