Financial Services Administrator Job Vacancy in Scotland

We have an exiting opportunity to join this prestigious city centre based financial services company.
Job Role:
• Conducting administration supporting the Direct business
• The role requires the individual to support the business via the following channels: Online, Telephone & Postal
• You will be responsible for the delivery of assigned activities within Operations ensuring all necessary requirements are met
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with other teams, departments and third parties whilst acting as a point of reference or guidance for other members of the team
• Responding to most types of administrative issues, including non-routine issues and validation and verification of work produced by others

To be considered for this role you require the following:
• Experience of dealing with a range of administrative tasks in a fast paced financial service role
• Experience within a Financial Services Investment environment is preferred
• The ability to take and make phone calls with senior customers
• Strong experience of working to FSA regulations
• To be successful for this role you MUST be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check
