Financial Controller Job Vacancy in Papua New Guinea

Our client, a leading international provider of mobile telecoms, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their expanding operations in Papua New Guinea. Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to lead the day to day Finance operations in a rapidly growing and developing
company/market. An excellent salary and benefits package is on offer.

Responsibilities will include:
• Preparation of monthly financial reports
• Business plan development for new projects
• Budget forecasting and planning for various operations
• Budget commentary
• Work closely with 3rd party and internal auditors to resolve any issues or queries in relation to processes and accounts
• Liaise with Tax Manager to ensure compliance with relevant legislation

Requirements:
• Professional level Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
• Relevant level 3rd degree qualification
• 5-10 years PQE
• Multi-national experience preferred
• Strong MS Excel experience
• Proven track record in working in a rapidly changing environment
