Summary Scope of Work:
The holder of the position shall ensure
frontline efficient, transparent, and accountable use of financial, physical,
human, and other resources in achieving the organization’s mission and
objectives.

position shall be responsible for budgeting; managing the organization’s
finances and staff benefits;efficient procuring of supplies for use in
administrative and program works; ensuring proper book keeping for all
activities including those involving fundraising and income generation
ventures; proper use and maintenance of the organization’s physical assets and
equipment; and supervision of support staff In addition, he/she will promote
proper management of the organization’s resources and will integrate Christian
values into his/her work.

Qualifications and attributes:

Must have
a Diploma in Financial Accounting and Business Administration or any related
field with 5 or more years’ experience.

between 25 and 35 years; willing to live in remote areas; computer literate
especially in Microsoft word and excel , programs; fully committed born again
Christian;and must be fluent in English, Tumbuka and Chichewa.
