FES RWANDA CALL FOR TENDERS
Tender questionnaires for the provision of “Travel Agency Services”
01st of July 2022- until 31st of July 2023 with an option of renewing up to 31st of July 2024.
Overview :

Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung RWANDA (FES; http://www.fes-rwanda.org), a German nongovernmental organization (http://www.fes.de) has an office in Kigali (Registration Number: Reg. No 003/RGB/17).
FES office Rwanda will regularly need travel services – i.e., Flight tickets for Rwandan participants flying to conferences and workshops of the FES in Africa, Europe, America and other continents.
FES Rwanda has the intention to conclude a general contract with the winning travel agency.
The Travel Agency must be able to reserve and issue tickets for all air travel, as requested, at the best possible price (combining the most direct and least expensive routes to achieve cost effectiveness).
The Travel Agency will often be asked to provide quick information to staff on flight ticket prices/itineraries restrictions and other important information . this information must be provided at the earliest time possible and in any case within (1) one working day from the date of the request.
The Travel Agency must provide at least three (if available) best possible options for each request for service (from three different airlines).
Further required documents:

Profile company or general information of the company;

Letter of interest addressed to the FES country representative;
Financial offer with breakdown of service costs and all applicable taxes;
Technical offer;
RDB registration certificate;
VAT certificate;
TAX clearance from RRA;
RSSB certificate;
2 completion certificates of good service for similar tender.

Deadline for tender note is: 17th June 2022, by 4pm.
Travel Agencies are requested to send to FES Rwanda detailed offers by answering the following questions.
Only fully filled questionnaires can be taken into consideration.
