would like to request interested people to apply for the below-listed positions
by fulfilling the respective mentioned requirements:
Competition
and players affiliation officer
Report
to
: The Head of Competition Management
Department
Role:
To administer all football competitions in a well-organized and timely manner.
He/She will work on a one to one basis or team basis on a variety of tasks
related to the first and second division.

He
(She) is specifically responsible for:
  • Assist
    the Head of Department of Competitions in his attributions;
  • Prepare
    the schedule for the Premier League division and Peace Cup and its
    adaptation when required;
  • Produce
    every year the list of players registered in the first division and second
    division;
  • Use
    all the reports of the referees and football commissioners in order to
    suspend the players who have received cards and to know the players who
    scored the goals;
  • Propose
    the answers of all correspondences concerning the first and second
    division
  • Make
    a list showing the daily ranking (points) of the first and second division
    football teams ;
  • Make
    a list showing the daily ranking (goals) of the first division and second
    division;
  • Monitor
    and enforce licensing regulations for clubs while encouraging through the
    awareness campaign, first division teams to comply with FERWAFA/CAF
    guidelines.
  • Produce
    monthly, quarterly and annual report of activities
  • Perform
    any other duties related to football that might be assigned to him/her
SELECTION
CRITERIA
The
candidate will have a/an:
  • Have
    a master’s degree in any field with at least 1 year of working experience
    in any field or bachelor’s degree in any field, management and at least 3
    years of working experience in any field
  • Excellent
    knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proficiency
    in English, French, and Kinyarwanda;
  • Exemplary
    planning and time management skills;
  • High
    level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Have
    excellent task-management skills, able to set and meet deadlines.
The
candidate should be available to start immediately upon confirmation of his/her
recruitment and contract terms finalization.
