Job
Description
  • As
    Head of Sales you will be responsible for building relationship with
    existing customers and also focus on developing new relationships.
  • As
    a member of the management team you will strive to achieve the best
    results possible in a fast paced, positive, and growing luxury
    environment.
  • This
    role entails supervising and working with the Sales team to ensure sales
    targets are met, customers are satisfied with their shopping experiences
    and efficient merchandising processes are in place to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage
    operational/day to day retail activities of the store and sales team.
  • Motivate
    and work with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service,
    improve their efficiency, and meet sales quotas.
  • Monitor
    inventory levels and order new products as required.
  • Resolve
    issues and queries relating to sales.
  • Analyze
    sales data, prepare and review sales report on a weekly/month basis.
  • Assign
    duties to the sales team and monitor performance.
  • Develop
    and maintain retail store budgets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s
    Degree/Higher National Diploma (HND)
  • 3+
    years of previous retail sales experience.
  • Knowledge
    of Fashion Brands
