Property Executive (Residential Properties)
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining and updating all checklists, service and maintenance works reports, and ensure proper management of all properties including common facilities, M&E and building services systems
• Responsible for the coordination and supervision of minor renovation and capital works
• Establish good working relationships with tenants and maintain high quality service standards
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Building Services/ Estate Management/ M&E Services or its equivalent
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in residential/ estate/ strata-titled property management
• Customer service experience and a strong service background is essential
