Assistant Manager (Marketing Communications)
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Effectively recruits, leads and develops a Marketing Communications team to support the achievement of sales targets.
• Formulate an effective communication plan across different real estate markets in the region.
• Conducts research to determine latest industry trends for communication that leads the execution of marketing communications strategies in the real estate industry.
• Supports product and customer marketing efforts by developing timely, high quality and cost effective marketing materials including copywriting and copyediting.
• Ensure copywriting and copyediting effectiveness, relevancy and accuracy across different communications channels.
• Manages communications projects from design through production to enhance quality and creativity and ensure timeless.
• Liaise and coordinate with the various internal and external teams to strategize and implement the marketing communications and promotional programs for all property projects.
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing or Journalism
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or journalism or real estate
• Good English and Chinese language (both spoken and written) ability and able to demonstrate a good understanding of correct grammar
• Mature and resourceful team player with good writing and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good presentation skills
