We are looking for two interns for our year-round urban farm. We are Certified Naturally Grown, and can offer an extensive training opportunity in organic agriculture for the right person. Get hands-on experience working side by side with the farm managers on every aspect of a successful farm, including biointensive and no-till techniques, permaculture, organic pest management, and gain access to our planting and yield tables.
Dates and commitment lengths are flexible, but a cash bonus is offered to those who stay more than a month. Stay in a comfortable suburban house central to all of the amenities of Vancouver Island (and a walk to the beach), with three home cooked meals and healthy snacks a day. Vegetarian options are offered.
