Overview: The Coffee Brewer
will coordinate the production of large quantities of coffee during the weekend
Farmer’s Market. This individual is an integral part of the market team which
works to exceed client expectations by providing the highest quality of service
while focusing on ethics, professionalism and contribution to Evergreen’s
social enterprise profits.

exceptional service to Evergreen Brick Works’ customers, by ensuring
consistent production of coffee based on demand - Ensure
that coffee equipment are well maintained and cleaned - Inform
Project Manager of any low stock items, equipment malfunction and customer
requests/recommendations - Acts
as an Evergreen and activity ambassador - Confidence
in working with propane stoves - Motivated
to learn and teach others about coffee and the coffee brewing process
