Human Resources Manager
Kuala Lumpur – Shaw Parade

Responsibilities:
• Manage the provision of resourcing support and ensuring processes are timely, monitor hiring activities and evaluate the effectiveness of the mode of recruitment.
• Develop resourcing strategies in consultation with hiring managers to attract and retain talent.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and administering the Group’s rewards and benefits policies.
• Review the Group’s salary structure and benefits provision and participation in salary benchmarking survey to ensure the Group pay competitiveness in the market.
• Undertake intensive consultation for the development of benefits programs budgets, the review, development and formulation of strategic reward plans and the appropriate allocation of resources to priority initiatives.
• Develop, implement and manage the Group’s Industrial Relations (IR) policies and procedures.
• Provide advisory service on IR matters to Senior Management and the respective business units in the Group.
• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Act as business partner to the company and provide sound Human capital advises to Management for decision making.
• Lead and revamp HR department in light with company long term strategic plan and direction.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management with at least 2 years experience in managerial level.
• Well versed in Malaysia Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR confidential matter.
• Proven customer centric approach.
• Result oriented & evidence of delivering results.
• A team player with strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Highly resourceful with strong drive to excel.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment.
• Excellent track record in managing Reward, ER/IR, Performance Management, Payroll, Policies / Procedures, Recruitment
• Business acumen.
