The role:
The Executive Assistant to General Manager Customer Relations is accountable for providing superior assistance to the GM Customer Relations by:
• providing a wide range of high level administrative and project support;
• preparing reports, discussion and other papers, correspondence and undertake research as required;
• provide a personal assistant role;
• investigating and improving internal business processes;
• building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• contribute to a positive reputation for ETSA Utilities; and
• assisting the GM Customer Relations and Branch Heads with various projects and activities
A Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or extensive relevant experience as an Executive Assistant is required for this position as well as a current SA drivers licence.
