Against a picturesque backdrop of the ranges and vineyards, Estia Health Yarra
Junction makes the most of its scenic location and country town charm. It
features its own, onsite café where residents and relatives can relax and
admire the mountain views, or head out to the sunny courtyard and enjoy the
fresh air.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation
and evaluation of both individual and group lifestyle programs; provide
appropriate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements;
coordinating the Lifestyle Assistants; and the recruitment, training and
coordination of Volunteers.

We will provide you with orientation shifts and ensure that you are aware of
the company’s policies and procedures.

We will encourage you to educate yourself further and attend all relevant
training courses.

Successful applicant will have:

• 1- 2 years experience in a Lifestyle Coordinator or Assistant role;
• Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle;
• Great communication skills;
• Great documentation and organisational skills;
• Current police check.
