Reporting to the National Sales Manager, and with a
home base at Heidelberg West, this role is responsible for the sales of Essilor
spectacle lenses, services and the delivery of first class customer service
support to existing and new customers. Primary focus is on achievement of sales
and growth targets through building effective business relationships, effective
customer calling and networking programs.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Attainment of assigned sales targets and
promotional implementation objectives - Relationship development with Optometrists and
retail Practice support staff - Provision of expert product knowledge to
customers with regard to technical product support and in-service programs - Management of promotional/training activities
including in-house customer seminars, product up-selling and other
value-added services. - Monitoring and reporting on competitor
activities and market trends - Territory activity reporting/ database
maintenance
To be successful in this role you will need to
have:

- Previous territory management (sales rep)
experience - A “can do” attitude and strong sales/customer
service focus - Professional presentation and excellent
communication skills - Strong organisational and planning skills
- Previous experience in the optical industry
(highly desirable)
