 JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to: The President
and Founder of ERM ministries.
Job type: Full Time, One
year renewable
 Responsibilities:
·         Develop ERM’s action plan, activity report and other
relevant proposals.
·         Proactively advise the ERM staff, produce regular and
timely reports
·         Advise staff on any changes in ERM policies,
employment law and guidelines and the implications thereof.
·         Responsible for recruitment and selection of staff in
collaboration with the National Board members
·         Facilitate New Employee Orientation programs.
·         Handle disciplinary matters and counsel employees and
students at Hope Vocational Training Center in effective use of organizational
policies and processes.
·         Work with Sponsorship & Communication Manager in
organizing, coordinating and supervising short term mission teams.
·         Work hand in hand with the Sponsorship and
Communications Manager in reaching out to orphans and widows.
·         Build potential partnerships as advised by President.
·         Network and find markets for the products and services
provided by the Hope Vocational Training Center.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
·        
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development,
Development studies, Social sciences, Theology, Education, Leadership and
communication, Business administration and any other related field.
·        
At least 2 years’ experience as Coordinator in a
complex environment preferably in NGO context.
·        
High proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda languages—
both verbal and written.
·        
Should have some experience in both oral and written
translations
·        
Ability to work in diverse cultural context and adapt
behavior and provide mature leadership.
·        
Knowledge of the current legislation/labor laws.
