Payroll Executive
Kuala Lumpur – Kuala Lumpur Sentral
Responsibilities:
• In charge of the payroll and payroll related matters for all outsourced staff including expatriates.
• Responsible for compliance with EPF, SOCSO, PCB and other requirement set by local authorities.
• Responsible for timely payout of monthly payroll and statutory payment Update and improve the relevant knowledge of staff on payroll.
• Responsible for monthly tax calculation for expatriate.
• Responsible for personal income tax declaration/clearance for employee who is leaving the country.
• Ensure the payroll report is generated on time for monthly closing.
• Resolve enquiries and escalating operational issues to the relevant parties for resolution.
• Contribute to the operational process improvement activity by providing suggestions and support to the Manager in any continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in dealing government body for expatriates related matter including Employment Pass application.
• Filing of employers’ tax returns Form E and prepare EA forms for all employees.
• General correspondence with statutory bodies.
• Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good payroll and government statutory knowledge, understanding of HR principles / Malaysian Employment Laws.
• Good interpersonal skill, meticulous, honest and discrete in handling confidential information.
• Candidate with experience in using TIMES Software will have added advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Capable of working within tight deadlines.
• Preferably with experience processing outsourced payroll.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur Sentral.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
