Senior/Engineers, Facilities (Building Services)

You will plan, organise and manage the day to day operation of Mechanical & Electrical system to support production; plan and manage M&E/Building Services contract services and vendors. For Senior position there will be management of engineers and technicians in fulfilling their responsibilities.

You will also develop predictive/preventive maintenance of M & E systems and Building services such as : Systems – Electrical Systems – HT/LT, Distribution Boards, Power Systems, Generators, BAS Systems. Mechanical system – HVACs (Chillers etc), Compressed air, Vacuum and Exhaust system. Building Services – Building, Pest control, Housekeeping & Fire Protection system. In addition you will also handle any other assignment/task as and when assign by Manager.

• Diploma in either Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering with 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment OR
• Degree in either Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment.
• Preferably have knowledge of Clean room operation and Maintenance
