Motivation Network (EMNET) is seeking a Chief Entrepreneurial Officer to direct
their range of entrepreneurship promotion activities in Malawi, This individual

development of new programme s

Design and implement
strategies that will fulfil the objectives of EMNET, Lead the Blantyre Entrepreneur
Hub to sustainability/profitability and identify opportunities for replication,
Provide oversight and strategic direction to the Blantyre Pitch Night and
possible replication efforts in other cities, Develop collaborative partnership
with other players involved in entrepreneurship development, Liaise with donors
and external stakeholders that have a shared interested in entrepreneurship
development in Malawi

Advanced Degree, (MD,
MA, MPH/MBA, PhD, DrPH, MSc or some other relevant Degree), Advanced expertise
in entrepreneurship development (10+ yrs), Experience in leading programmes in
developing countries, Significant experience with youth entrepreneurship
programmes, Knowledge and experience with entrepreneurship programmes,
Knowledge and experience with entrepreneur hubs and co-working spaces, Ability
to work independently and effectively in fast paced environment and handle
multiple tasks simultaneously whilst mentoring a team to perform consistently
and effectively, High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
point and internet applications, English language fluency, both written and
verbal, required, Knowledge of additional languages of Malawi a plus,
Experience and successful proposal writer and fundraiser
