The selection
process to become an Enterprise trainer is a long and careful one. I treat the
team like family, hence, once we have a trainer who becomes part of the team-
they become part of the family.
We are looking for
one trainer who is looking for the opportunity to work with the best of the
best in the persona
l training industry. Do note, we have uncompromising
standards and we teach our trainers to be best in industry. Most likely our
methods of training and nutrition will be very different to what you have
learnt previously. Heads up, you may have been in the industry for years, when
coming to us you will need to be ready to take on a lot of new information and
learn our way. This is not negotiable.
If you are not the type
of person who loves learning, I suggest we end it here. If you LOVE
learning, you will love what we do here at Enterprise. We reward knowledge and
application of knowledge.

Doesn’t mix words
and has zero tolerance for nonsense and drama (Drama queens- do not apply). Our
culture is professional, cutting edge yet very laid back- in short we love to
have a joke and everyone who works at Enterprise MUST have a
good sense of humour.
Additionally,
experience and expertise is actually not the “thing” that will set
you apart in applying for a job, however, a great attitude and the eagerness to
learn- will.
MUST be available
for early mornings (6am) and evenings. This is personal training hours.
