Responsibilities:• Create, maintain and update project records; document controlling.
• Assist in coordination of work schedules, meetings and reporting.
• Assist with preparation of presentation materials, setting up of meeting venues and prepare meeting notes, etc.
• General admin duties; involve in ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum ‘O’Level Qualification
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Only Singaporeans / PRs need apply
