Administration
Controller – Francistown
Purpose:
Reporting to the Depot Manager, the identified
candidate will provide general administrative support to the Depot,
controlling
all incoming cash cash, petty cash and tuck scheduling in order to contribute
to the smooth and efficient running of the depot.
Key objectives:
•Petty Cash Control
•Truck scheduling
•General administration support
•Daily batch control
•Complete monthly management reports
Knowledge:
•A good understanding of relevant SAP modules, with particular emphasis on cash
control, order delivery and invoicing
•An understanding of truck scheduling and loading procedures
•An understanding of accounting principles and practices
•An understanding of other oil companies’ accommodation agreements

QUALIFICATION AND
EXPERIENCE
•Minimum Diploma in accounting/AAT or equivalent
•3 years’ experience
