About the Opportunity
Due to strong growth within our shortlisting sector, an opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Interviewing/Shortlisting team. We are seeking an exceptional PEOPLE PERSON to work within our dynamic Melbourne team.
Within this varied role, the main aim is to coordinate our short listing process, across a wide range of roles covering many industries.
This will involve reviewing and ranking candidates using our unique Candidate Management System and conducting detailed, role specific behavioural phone interviews. You will also liaising with key stakeholders throughout our detailed screening process and providing detailed, accurate written reports.
This is NOT a cold-calling sales role. The interview/shortlisting team’s focus is on screening candidates to find the perfect fit for our clients.
About the Benefits
We strongly believe in rewarding our people for a job well done – and our salary structure reflects this. The starting package for this position is circa $55,000 – $65,000 which will include a base salary and super, and a performance-based incentive structure.
