Marcom Manager
Selangor – Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in planning, organizing and implementing & monitoring nationwide promotions and advertising activities
• Assist in conceptualizing of marketing plans, and prepare advertising concepts and materials
• Oversee the publication of catalogues, leaflets, brochures and other marketing and other printing materials.
• Responsible for strategizing, planning and implementing loyalty marketing activities.
• Responsible in brand management
• Review effectiveness of events & promotions for improvement
• Plan and implement efficient and effective marketing communications strategies and activities to promote the Hotel.
• Plan, budget and develop Marketing Collaterals (eg. Hotel brochures, newsletters, website etc) and ensure that they are in line with the brand identity of the Hotel
• Coordination of Hotel events and preparation of writing materials i.e. press releases and articles for media coverage & publicity purposes
• To maintain excellent relationship with mainstream media
• To manage incoming media enquiries and sustain positive media coverage.
• To plan and deliver a diverse range of Communication activities based on hotel goals, covering the areas of Internal and External Communications, Marketing Communications and Media Relations including managing of budgets and measurement.

Requirements:
• Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or related field.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
• Pleasant personality and disposition, good inter-personal skills, comfortable and confident in interacting with various level of society
• Ability to communicate well in English. Proficiency in Chinese dialect will be an added advantage
• Must be computer literate with good presentation skills
• Strong public relation and good leadership
