The
role
role
As
a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files
from start to finish. Duties include typing first letters and transfer
documents, dealing with clients and other Solicitors, on line searches,
settlement figures, booking settlements and general file management duties. You
will settle approximately 40-50 files per month with a full time Conveyancing
Assistant. You will use LEAP precedents.
