You will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a senior role, with the
ability to recruit, train and lead a young, vibrant team. You will have the
ability to manage staff productivity, maintain product standards, control stock
and run a profitable business. Your detailed knowledge of bar operations,
customer service, police liaison, security and licencing will put you in the
running to seize this rare opportunity to run one of Geelong’s premier
nightclubs.
