As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a:

SCM Administrative Executive
Across Singapore

Responsibilities:
Carry out the duties of the SCM secretary
• Collect and record all the administrative forms: time sheets, leave forms, travel expanse, claim forms and ensure a proper recording and filing
• Issue for the VP & SCM Manager MoM, fax, letters and maintain document logs
• Provide following document handling assistance to the SCM Team:
◦ Packaging of Bid Docs (ITB)
◦ Distribution of Bid Docs to all identified bidders
◦ Distribution of Orders, once signed
◦ Maintain document logs
◦ Contract Filing
◦ Stamping of Orders, where appropriate, including ensuring that there’s always stamps available for this service

• Manage the authorization right for the different tools used by SCM
• Provide all clerical type support for the Management System and SCM procedures to be issued
• Centralize all correspondences

Requirements:
• 2 years working experience in an equivalent position
• Executive Secretary Training
• Able to communicate effectively in English, able to write simple MoM, faxes based on preset formats and to review miscellaneous document presentation
• Friendly and polite, able to do effective follow ups thru the phone
• Helpful and able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Able to handle multiple tasks with little supervision
• Able to work on Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access software
• Able to manage agenda for the VP & SCM Manager
