This is what we need of you:

A dedicated, experienced and
licensed Property Manager

A mature and well presented person adept at
dealing with corporate/executive tenants and clients
a person able to skillfully manage a small
portfolio of high end properties
excellent written communication skills as
efficient email communication with our clients is essential as many
are overseas while we lease their valuable family home

someone with Western Suburbs experience a
definite asset
someone who must have solid computer skills with
GD experience an asset
someone who would love to be able to work a 4 day
week and feel fresh and relaxed each day

If you are this person you will be joining a very
experienced and happy team of Property Managers plus a Trust Account
Manager, a Business Development Manager, a Leasing Manager and
an Assistant PM to provide all the office backup support required.
