Elite Staffing Agency is currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a direct hire position with opportunity for growth. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, directing,
controlling, coordinating, and safe guarding all stocked material within the entity warehouse facility. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees a staff of warehouse clerks who perform material receipts, stocking, and process material Move Orders to the Projects. The manager utilizes inventory stock and financial reports to manage stock min/max levels, dead stock, aged stock, obsolete stock, consumption, and ensures warehouse and stock security. The Warehouse Supervisor’s overall responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse storage and distribution process, including staff supervisory responsibility.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply or its equivalent with a minimum of two plus years of directly related experience or Diploma with five or more years working experience as a materials/warehouse supervisor in an international business;
• At least five years working experience as a material/warehouse specialist;
• Three or more years of purchasing and inventory management experience;
• Good knowledge of rules and regulations governing materials/warehouse management;
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), Oracle, ERP Systems; Fluent English;
• Possesses qualities of analysis, decision making, diplomacy, negotiation, ambitious, self-motivated and effective communicator (both written and verbal).
