Project: a Long Term Assignment in Liberia “Consultant Services for Monitoring/Supervision of Package 1 Bokay Town (km 24+940) to Buchanan City (approx 57 km ) under Output and Performance Based Road Contract Methodology”.
This project has started 3 months ago and is still running for roughly 17 months.
Qualifications and skills:
• The Team Leader shall be a qualified and registered Professional Engineer with an academic degree in Civil or Highway Engineering.
The Team Leader shall have:
o A minimum of 20 years experience in supervision of road construction/rehabilitation/maintenance and/or experience in highway design,
o -Of which a minimum of 20 years of experience as Team Leader on supervision of road construction/rehabilitation/maintenance projects of a similar nature in developing countries.
o – Proven ability to manage and administer road construction contracts of this nature under OPRC General Conditions is mandatory
o – At least 3 years of proven experience managing PPP and/or DBOMT and/or DBT projects is mandatory.
• Fluency in written and spoken English are mandatory, whilst excellent communication skills are essential.
• Be conversant with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, M.S. Project and Power Point.
• Possible experience working in West Africa.
• Possible experience working in supervising WB Projects.

• Location: Liberia.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Total duration of the project: 17 months.
