Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes and implements accounting operations;

performed within established budgetary parameters, to include performing cost
control activities, monitoring revenues and expenditures.

Prepare the Disbursement Request funds from donors ;

Maintain up to date the accounting framework in using
an accounting software and perform highly complex accounting work according to
generally accepted accounting principles, established procedures, project
guidelines;

Ensure the relevant reconciliation bank account and balance
sheet accounts for all funds are completed accurately on time;

Actively participate in and contribute to the other
management functions such as procurement, project implementation, monitoring

Required Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
field;

Regulation Standards and donors funded reporting requirement;

and services, maintaining accounting records; processing payments,

Contract Duration
• The position is available for immediate start and
the duration of the initial contract is 1 year, with possibility of extending
to the duration of the project (3 years) upon satisfactory performance.
