Job Description:
Ecofitt is currently hiring for a 12 month contract office administrator with
the possibility of hiring full time, who has a passion for conservation to join
our team in Mississauga Ontario. This position is multifaceted and as an office
administrator you would be responsible in assisting with incoming and outgoing
phone calls, scanning of documents, processing mail and assisting other members
of the office when needed. You must be able to provide technical direction and
customer support when needed.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Implement and/or assist in the development, commissioning and maintenance of
various energy and water efficiency programs
• Interact with clients and customers with incoming and outgoing calls as well
as in person
• Provide excellent customer service
• Program administration support which may include creating schedules,
processing incoming/outgoing mail and updating logs
• Occasional assistance with financing

• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines/work in time constraints
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all tasks undertaken
• Strong communicator
• Must be punctual, reliable and possess a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and experience in dealing effectively with
the public
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Good-humored – we work hard but we also like to have a lot of fun doing so!

Education and experience:
• You have completed a post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in customer service
• Call centre experience an asset
• DSM and CDM program experience an asset
• Knowledge of Sage300 an asset
• Experience in the energy or sustainability industry is strongly preferred,
but not required.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
