The Firm

The Role
We
are currently seeking a senior secretary to join the team’s Property
practice group.
Your
responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Opening
and closing files with special practices for particular clients;

leasing files and entering them into the leasing database;

Preparing
all pro forma documents for solicitor to settle;

Processing
leasing files for execution, mortgagee consent, lodging for registration and
reporting;

Weekly
follow ups with tenant’s solicitors for leasing clients;

Conducting
various property searches

maintenance (electronic and hard-copy filing);

Diary
management;

Preparing
weekly agenda for internal meetings;

Managing
bookings for internal meeting rooms;

Organising
monthly internal seminars, including catering and attendance lists;

to telephone calls (incoming and outgoing);

debtors and trust balance maintenance;

bills, cheque requisitions, and other Accounts related paperwork for the
matter;
