The Client:
Our client is a leading multinational company and is currently looking to recruit 2 experienced recruiters for permanent roles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
• Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies
• Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships
• Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and provide coaching on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations
• Manages any budget allocation

Job Requirements
• 4-5 years recruitment experience (preferably in-house)
• Must have a passion for placing candidates and experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels
• Excellent negotiation skills and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
