We are currently seeking an energetic and dynamic
candidate to take on the role of the collection coordinator. The successful
applicants will work in close collaboration with the A

Collections department management team, as well as the marketing department.
You will be responsible for the efficient operations of collection services
within your respective area.
Your main responsibility in this role will be the
coordination of collection staff within your area, along with being involved in
all aspects of the team and collections department by:

- Managing staffing levels within your region
including rostering, covering leave, recruitment and timesheet processing.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team
of collectors. - Building good working relationships with the
medical community in your specified area. - Effectively handling queries and subject
matters relating to collection processes. - Working closely with the sales and marketing
team to identify opportunities for growth.
Your professionalism and organisational skills will
complement your collection abilities in this exciting and challenging role. You
will possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate
well with a wide variety of Dorevitch Pathology users.

Previous team management skills, leadership
qualities and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment would be
advantageous to this role.
