Will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and administration of one
our Poultry Rearing Farms and will be expected to have a strong management
background coupled with hands on experie
nce working with large agriculture
preferably livestock companies
Managing all facets of the Poultry Farm, Vaccination control program, Live
birds management, ensure that there is adequate feed and are well taken care of
Ability to work hands on if need be so that underproduction of the farm is
minimized, Ability to lead a team of over 100 workers so as to ensure the farm
is performing well and everything is in good working order at all times,
Enforcing company Policy, Procedures, Systems and Standards
Candidates should be between 30 to 50 yrs of age, We are seeking an energetic,
motivated and responsible individual who is well prepared for this challenging
but very rewarding position
3 yrs experience in a similar position, a Degree in Agriculture from Bunda
College (LUANAR) majoring in Poultry Management or from a similar field,
Excellent organizational skills, The ability to communicate effectively,
Excellent IT skills – Microsoft, the ability to work with minimum direct
supervision, Possess strong qualities of management and leadership
