SENIOR FORMWORK INSTRUCTOR
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the technical instruction and transfer to the assembling staff on the construction site with regards to the correct application of formwork and the corresponding security regulations for the staff
• Carries out trial assemblies and coordinates with the site foreman beforehand according to the construction site size (assembly platform, material stockyard, crane, etc.)
• Demonstrates assembly and supports problem solving measures on construction sites
• Training of customers’ site supervisors or staff
• Keeps track of all activities on construction site and gives feedback to the management and sales personnel. Manage all site liaisons between engineers and customers as directed
• Supports Doka exhibitions and product presentations at trade shows or customers’ sites

Requirements:
• With know-how in formwork.
• Several years of experience in construction industry (foreman or carpenter)
• Good English and Chinese communication (to liaise with associates)
• Ability to work under pressure
