Job brief
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Marketing and Sales Officer. The Officer’s responsibilities include marketing and providing guidance to buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate marketing.
Responsibilities
- Promote sales through advertisements and digital marketing.
- Provide guidance and assistance and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements/Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Marketing is a must
- Not less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Very Good in English, French, and Kinyarwanda
- Working experience in Marketing and sales record
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Graphics familiarity would be a bonus
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
