This
Role
The
role reports to the Project Manager and project delivery is undertaken in
conjunction with a Site Supervisor. You will be based in Port Macquarie for
current project demands with the opportunity to work in the wider Major
Projects division of the Company.

Skills
& Experience
- Bachelor
degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. - You
will have a strong track record in delivering bulk earthworks, roadworks,
civil construction or mining infrastructure. - Experience
on RMS road projects and land development would be an advantage. - Key to
your success will be your ability to achieve time, budget and
profitability objectives for your projects whilst maintaining and building
strong Client relationships.
Duties
Day to day
responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Cost
control. - QA/HSEQ.
- Contract
administration (claims & variations). - Programming
& scheduling project resources. - Mentoring
of graduate and site engineers. - Provide
technical advice & assistance.
