city parks or a visit to the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre. The Weir Precinct in
the Perth Hills offers several walking trails and is the start of Australia’s
longest mountain bike trail; the Munda Biddi bike Trail.

The Role:
Casual Grounds Attendant with general maintenance and gardens experience is
required for 20 – 30 hours per week, including weekends for an immediate start.

Duties:

• maintenance of the site’s appearance to a high
  standard
• maintaining the site’s water reticulation
  system
• carrying out service and maintenance on all
  plant and equipment, and
• cleaning and checking swimming pool operation
  and water quality

  Skills, Experience and Essential Attributes:

• exceptional customer service skills with a
  positive attitude
• ability to work within a small team
• must be fit and able to carry out heavy lifting
• professional presentation
• self motivated with ability to work
  unsupervised at times
• proven ability to undertake general repairs
  and maintenance. A trade certificate will be highly regarded, and
• experience in a similar role
• flexible attitude to work and work hours
