Due to ongoing expansion and increased production they are looking to make the key hire of a Diffusion Process Engineer.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Maintenance and development of processes on assigned tool set across Diffusion module.
* Ensure M.I.S (Promis) process flows are correct through each owned equipment set.
* Develop robust processes through use of Design of Experiment, in order to achieve above target capability indices (Cp/Cpk) on furnace processes.
* Generate and maintain process FMEA’s to drive proactive scrap prevention across Diffusion module.
* Implementation of improvement projects to achieve company and group goals.
* Ensure correct documentation is in place, i.e. operating specifications, OCAP’s etc.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in an engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent, preference will be given to candidates with relevant industry experience within the diffusion area, on SVG furnaces and AST RTP processing equipment. You may also have acquired experience across other areas like CVD.
