LEGAL BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED URGENTLY FOR TEMP ROLE!

Are
you an experienced Accounts professional with legal industry experience?
This CBD firm needs some extra help with their accounts, initially in a
temporary capacity with a possible view to permanency.

This role is perfect for someone who has a legal accounting background, who is
either looking for some temp work to keep them busy. Prove yourself and
be considered to take on the role permanently!

The successful candidate will work autonomously as well as together with the
Practice Manager to manage all book keeping tasks.

Daily responsibilities will
include:

BAS preparation;
Trust Accounting:
General Accounting;
Accounts payable;
Accounts receivable;
Fee earner billings;
PAD management; as well as
Any other book keeping/accounting tasks as required.

In order to be successful, you
will need:

A minimum of 3 years legal accounting experience;
Strong technical skills and the ability to perform with
accuracy and reliability;
Excellent attention to details;
A strong understanding of trust accounting and
accounting procedures and requirements.

You will enjoy working in this small, friendly and fun office located in the
Brisbane CBD. It is centrally located to public transport, and has a
great office culture.

This
is a temporary role, with a possibility for permanency. Great hourly
rates on offer.
