shipment data is captured as per GSOP standards to facilitate accurate billing.
To ensure accurate processing of shipment delivery details for pipeline
visibility.

The
position is based at DHL Express – Head office and reports to Country
Operations Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure
that all shipments are manifested within agreed time frame and conform
with regional operations and billing standards - Ensure
all shipments with PU scan from Couriers and shipments transmitted from
E.com or Easyship are updated in SCL with manifesting details - Act
as back-up units for any station unable to capture delivery details due to
system down time by ensure delivery details are captured and transmitted
to the network. - To
ensure accurate processing of shipment delivery details for pipeline
visibility
.REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma
in any related field - Computer
Literate - Typing
skills (norm is 120 words per minute) - Good
oral and writing skills. Good communication skills, Fluent in English
speaking / writing. - 1
year experience in secretarial services or As Data entry Clark
