• The Counselor
  should hold an A level qualification, trained in HIV and AIDS counseling
• At least two
  years’ experience in HIV and AIDS counseling
• The applicants
  should be knowledgeable about national HCT protocols, conversant with
  innovative patient referral and linkages approaches, fluent in the local
  language
