Roles and Responsibilities of the Building
Surveyor will include

• Complying Development Certificates, Occupation
  Certificates, Development Application lodgements and BCA Reports.
• Issue of Construction Certificates.
• Complying Development Certificates.
• Mandatory Critical Stage Inspections for both
  residential and commercial premises.
• Interim and final Occupation certificates. 
  
• Building Energy assessments.

• Degree/ Tafe qualified Grade A2
  Surveyor/Certifier.
• 5+ Years experience.
• Ability to hit the ground running and be able
  to work without constant supervision.
• In depth knowledge of the Building Code of
  Australia for all classification buildings in NSW.
• Impeccable communication skills, verbal and
  written.
• Business development skills and the ability to
  bring in your own clients.
