Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing the administration of wards and common support services.
• Managing proper utilization and safe custody of Council Assets.
• Ensuring the implementation of Human Resource policies and guidelines.
• • Ensuring the provision of welfare and
facilitation to staff. v,
• Ensuring the proper management and custody of Council records and property,
• Planning, budgeting and supervision of the management department.
• Ensuring the implementation of Council policies, bye-laws and requisitions within the department.
Job requirement
• An. Hons. Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized University or Institution
• should possess a Post Graduate Diploma in any of the following fields; Urban Planning and Management or Development Studies
• At least seven (7) years relevant working experience of management practices in the Urban Administration, three (3) of which should have served at Principal level.
• Sound knowledge of administration and management of Urban Local Governments
