2. Travel Management
3. Process and Manage Travel Expenses, Compensations & Benefits, & Budgets
4. Manage and Organize Off-Site Meetings
5. Manage and Organize Confidential Files and Information
6. Prepare Presentations materials/decks
Support to Head of Department ‘s Direct Reports:
1. Manage and Organize On boarding Processes
2. Travel Management
3. Manage AMEX and EER training
4. Manage and Organize Seminars, Conferences and Training Sessions
Management of Daily Business Activities:
1. Communications
2. Correspondence
3. Filing
4. Procurement Management
5. Manage Accruals for Period Closing
6. Manage Mailroom Activities
Support to visiting VIPs:
1. Travel Management
2. Manage Business Schedules
3. Amex & EER Administration
Education : Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and/or Secretarial Certificate
Experience : 3 – 5 years of administrative experience
Skill sets : Microsoft Office Applications
Shorthand (Nice to have)
Experience in Visio software (Nice to have)
Strong administrative skills
Strong PowerPoint and excel spreadsheet skills
