The Role:

Be
responsible for ensuring positive student and staff engagement
Mentor
other trainers nationally
Develop
and train new staff
Assist
in the further development and growth within the online study arm of the
organisation
Conduct
courses in a range of environments and co-ordinate course assessments and
online programs.

a positive and progressive influence on those around you!

Skills:

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Must
have a Diploma or higher in Community Services
TAE40110
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential!
Current
Industry experience and management experience is preferred
Positive
natured, dynamic, highly engaging!

$80,000
to $100,000 base (negotiable dependent on experience)
