Job
Title: UTH/Mixing
and Processing Operator
Location: Lagos

Job
Description

Participate
in training programs for safety and emergency procedures for job.
Coordinate
with operator and ensure efficient process performance without any back
up.
Monitor
all quality disputes and resolve all issues and escalate it if required.
Monitor
all product defect information and inform superior to resolve all issues
on same.
Maintain
records of all important documents, equipments and log books.
Administer
all process and equipments and ensure specifications to batch record and
make appropriate modification to same.
Assist
all customers and ensure adherence to timeframe and maintain quality for
all projects.
Monitor
all process and ensure work according to all safety measures in
organization.
Perform
safety audits, analyze same and provide training for all safety processes
in unit.
Manage
processes and enforce all environmental practices and prepare reports for
same.
Develop
and documents routine process operations for products.
Manage
efficient storage of all data and ensure increase in efficiency of same.
Prepare
and maintain a work schedule for work area and maintain a safe working
environment.

Job
Title:
Industrial Automation Engineer
Location: Lagos

Job
Description

Controls
and Automation engineer with the role of designing and developing software
for drilling applications based on given requirements and specification.
The candidate should have a good understanding of basic machine controls
which include induction motor control using AC Drives, MCCs,
hydraulic/pneumatics and valve controls.
Control
software development will also include developing machine control
algorithms for PLC based systems. HMI design and implementation,
instrumentation and sensor interface, data logging, and communication
interfaces with other industrial processors like PLC’s.
Duties
will include generation of Design documentation, PLC Code, HMI
applications, Bill of Materials, Network Architectures, One Line Drawing,
Operations manuals.
Responsible
for commissioning new equipment or drilling rigs in the yard, including
deployment, testing and preparing related documentation
Responsible
of sustaining current rig applications and debugging / fixing issues that
are reported in the field. This could be by answering calls and working
with technicians, remotely connecting to rig system and troubleshoot, or
by traveling to the rig site and working with rig personnel to fix the
issue.
Maintain
product safety in all designs
Perform
design prototyping, including field implementing and testing
Perform
basic troubleshooting of communication networks and wiring issues with
PLCs and other NW components
Support
management on Intellectual property issues.

Description

all on-line quality checks as required for each specific machine and raw
product.
Conduct
mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and
line changeovers of each specific machine.

all reports associated with proper operation of equipment, including
computer operations.
Maintain
the highest standards of safety and industrial hygiene.
Operate
a forklift or other moving equipment to service production lines as
required.
Must
keep the facility, machines, and work areas clean and orderly, including
sanitation duties.
