caliber professionals to take up the following opportunity in Deloitte Botswana:

Position

IT Audit
Manager

IT (Information Technology) Audit
Manager will oversee the IT audit projects for the Deloitte Botswana office.
The scope includes but is n
ot limited to general IT control reviews and
application control reviews across all industries and sectors, e.g. banking,
telecommunication, retail, manufacturing, and construction, etc.. Other
responsibilities will include computer processing environment security reviews
and data integrity reviews (including revenue assurance in telecommunications
and data integrity reviews in the banking sector).

About the job

• Planning and executing information systems and control
  assurance audits (internal and external audits);
• Data analysis, including (but not limited to) revenue
  assurance, fraud related journal testing and data conversion verification
• Project post implementation reviews
• Practical knowledge of IT Governance frameworks e.g.
  Cobit, ITIL
• Data analytics and interrogation using ACL
• Develop and review reports that contain the results of
  IT Audits and reviews
• Develop and review responses to requests for proposals
• Plan IT Audit reviews, prepare budgets and co-ordinate
  teams and client interaction
• Client account management
• Stakeholder communication
• Present proposals and reports/deliverables
• Performance manage and grow individuals in the team
• Capacity building and skill transfer
• Perform IT Audit reviews and take responsibility for
  quality of deliverables for and on behalf of the team
• Develop the business area

Requirements

About You

Candidates must hold a relevant
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field; master’s degree preferred and experience
with the big four audit firms is added advantage. Certified Information Systems
Auditor is a must.

• A Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems
  or related.
• At least 7 years of experience in the field and specific
  experience in auditing firms is an added advantage.
• CISA certification and membership with ISACA is
  essential.
• Proven track record in auditing SAP systems.
• Ability to lead and manage IT Audits.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts,
  practices, and procedures and ability to perform a variety of tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to
  communicate verbal and in writing
• Prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to use initiative and think outside the box
• Highly motivated with good work ethic
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected and
  attention to detail and analytical skills is a prerequisite
